Because he was sued. It can be a phase of a case after a lawsuit is filed. But it doesn’t happen in every case.

Look at this place on Google maps. Granted I don’t know what it looks like on the inside but I wouldn’t pay $200,000 for it. It’s practically in a Safeway parking lot.
