Gabbert however is easily one of the worst first round draft picks of all time.

He’s really been a complete bust. He sure looked good on paper coming out though. Good numbers his last year at Mizzu, 6’5″, ran a 4.61. His rookie year he was such a pussy in the pocket. Worst I’ve ever seen.

teams who are desperate for quarterbacks don’t usually get to decide the terms on trades for available starting quarterbacks. They usually get bent over, as they have no leverage, because there are always teams in need of better quarterbacking than they currently have.

Lisk posited that Smith would go for a last first round draft choice originally. 34 is pretty much that, plus the conditional pick. So Lisk was right, and that one moron looks moronical, but that’s not news.
