Today would have been my Dad’s 65th birthday.

Yesterday would have been my Dad’s 78th bday. Died at 54. Can’t believe it’s been 24 years since I’ve seen him. Didn’t think much of him through my college years, but once I got married came to appreciate all he had done for us. Damn I miss him.

Also, my gf would come home from work and want to just chill and hang out, and I wanted to GTFO so that definitely made it a different type of experience.

I work from home and I agree this is the worst. I’m ready to roll and she’s whipped.

If a guy lowers shoulder and plows into you while you have position and are still moving your feet, that is also a charge or should be. We’re living parallel lives. We used to do daytona/ormond as well. I don’t see my dad nearly enough. Cats in the cradle …

LOL, no shit? We mostly did Ormond, but I threw Daytona in there since its so recognizable and they’re side by side. You could drive on the beach at Ormond as well. We used to stay in a Days Inn efficiency that had beds and pull out coach for 6 people. Plus, it had a kitchen and dining area. Dad used to take 2 days to drive to FLA in a big ‘ol stationwagon with trailer.
