Dylan Moses, the 8th Grader LSU and Alabama are Fighting Over, is a Beast Among Boys
Les Miles and Nick Saban have both offered scholarships to Louisiana 8th grader Dylan Moses. Moses already stands 6’1″, 215, but he’s not just bigger than his competition, he’s much faster. According to this YouTube video, LSU has Moses with a 4.45 40-yard dash time. (Manti Te’o must be jealous.)
In the video above, you can see Moses at the 2012 Louisiana Governor’s Games absolutely destroying kids on the track in various 100, 200 and 400m races. The real reason for this post though … this gif of Moses trucking this tiny kid in one of his highlight videos.

I mean, it is basically a full grown man tossing a child, but dammit if it isn’t spectacular. I can only assume the father of that little (probably almost normal size for his age) kid had no choice but to say, “Shit,” and then laugh while his wife glared at him.

Hello!
God I am glad football season is over and put a stake in the heart of that commercial.

They divide the teams here by 7th and 8th and have separate schedules. When the 8th grade qb went down, my kid went up to that team to sub for 2 games. Against the best team, he got lit up three times, blindsided on dropback, by a guy at least 50 lbs heavier.
I thought my wife was gonna throw up but I did just kinda laugh a little.

The interesting question is how does he react when it’s not so easy any more and everyone catches up to him.

Damn straight. A kid grows disproportionally to his biological age and dominates the normal kids who are barely out of puberty. Never seen that before.
And the whole 4.55 Forty–Horsehit. I bet if you go to Rivals top 100 there isnt one non lineman listed any worse than 4.5. EVERYBODY runs sub 4.4′s until they get accurately timed at the Combine.
Offering this scholarship is lunacy. It will be a small miracle if hes even good enough to warrant a D1 scholly at all when the time comes.

He’s a big kid, but him teammates aren’t exactly tiny either. That’s a huge 8th grade team.

Just not impressed with this at all. Back when I was in 7th grade, we had a player from an opposing catholic grade school who also stood man among boys, nice kid by the way, quiet. Anyways, he was a full foot taller and bigger than all the kids and ran like a deer.
Move forward to 8th grade, they actually pulled him up to the Catholic JV High school team and played there that year. Nothing spectacular playing with kids in 9th and 10grades, but still a good athlete.
Believe it not, he was around 6ft tall at that time and and never got any bigger. Still played ball in various sports, but peaked at time when we were in middle school.
I’d be careful if I was Nick and Les, buying the goods before they’ve fully ripened on the vine

Who has the ball in that .GIF? I can’t tell what the hell is going on.
