Pretty good day here. Warm but the humidity is quite high. Can’t decide if I do a light jog tonight and intervals tomorrow morning or if I swap that. Later, a walk downtown to my favorite Italian restaurant for a bourbon and an appetizer at the bar.

This happens in every arena. Nothing is new here. I’ve seen much worse at rave partys, hip hop clubs and Hockey games, blood every where not to mention guns. You all are acting like this is the first time you saw people ransack a venue…Sheesh.
