They’ve got to pay the bills, and their agents are only willing to front them so much cash…so you do autograph signings, you do endorsements (of all sizes), you make appearances.

I mean, I get that paying for an autograph seems silly when he’s about to make hundreds of thousands (or millions). But still- he’s not making a dime right now.
