Yeah that was the point, the chef who they had do it was positive people would tell the difference because of the taste and order of the bung but all people tasted was texture and the fryer.

Personally I don’t think eating a baby squid is that much grosser than eating a pig’s ass.

Calimari is one of those things that I’ll never get. It just tastes like the breading (the fried kind). Not worth the $$ at all.
