I think a 40 bottle would have shattered, and torn his head open. But a thick booze bottle might not have broken.

But I can’t imagine not seeking medical attention after getting brained by a bottle in a fight.

it has to be thick right? i mean i never understood how bottles can cause so much damage in movies, like beer bottles, unless they are jagged. but getting hit in the head always seemed suspect unless it was wine or liquor. imagine a squat champagne bottle. yikes
