27 bucks for this movie? Terrible. You’re better off taking Amazon’s suggestion and getting the combo pack of 6th Man/Space Jam/Cool Runnings for $40.

It seems the only play teams run is the high pick and roll and every team knows that if you trap the ball-handler and force him to make a decision, it’s game over. It really does boggle the mind.

That drives me crazy. This holding for the last shot, even when it isn’t the best possible shot, is dumb.

Just seems like teams are waiting for it too meaning deviation from the norm should have a higher rate of success, KU completely stonewalled that final attempt before the end of regulation

Also liked the color analyst saying OkSU’s final shot was a good look instead of it being a contested turnaround from 20 feet out with 3 seconds still left on the clock…for all the overcoaching that seems to happen late in games teams still look confused far too often, might be better to just let them play

do college coaches tell the player exactly to hold the ball until there’s 5 seconds left and they’re still 28 feet from the basket or is that all improvised?

I was beaming with pride when Coach Larranaga made sure Miami went 2 for 1 at the end of the Virginia game. To your point though, the scenario last night with OK St plauged the tournament last year and led to no buzzer beaters and a plethora of horrendous final possessions.

the end of reg and both OTs were painful. osu’s shot selection/shot-clock mgmt was crap as was KU’s execution

Ford was a great actor, even in his playing days. He was able to convince the refs that he was Rodrick Rhodes and shot his free throws for him.
