The injury happened when he was elbowed in the head inadvertently. It is not believed to be life threatening. He was playing for the Israeli team Hapoel Galil Elyon.

–I’m asking everybody to please pray for Gary Johnson…we played against each other tonight and a freak accident happened to where his skull was fractured, and he’s now in critical condition smh…pray for him to be able to pull thru, because with God all things are possible–
