Chris Webber sang Danilo Gallinari’s name Tuesday on NBA TV, and Ernie Johnson’s response was priceless. Gallinari, who scored 26 points in Denver’s victory over Boston, seemed to appreciate the singing.

Gallinari who is just 24, was mentioned in trade rumors in November, but now that he’s averaged 19.6 points over the past 18 games and the Nuggets have risen quickly in the West, it’s unlikely Denver will be looking to unload him before Thursday’s deadline. The Nuggets are 34-21, and 5th in the Conference, just 1.5 games back of Memphis in the race for homecourt advantage.
