It wasn&#039;t that bad.  They chemo lounge was nice, loaded with fresh gourmet doughnuts and cupcakes.  Now the the 2 months after chemo were horrible.  Technically you are through with treatment, but you feel week and tired and you want to resume your life but you can&#039;t.  I finished in July, took me till December till I felt normal.  I&#039;m 38 and went in the healthiest I&#039;d ever been in my life.  I&#039;m almost back to 100% and the only lingering side effects are some occasional tinnitus.  But I was lucky.  I started in peak physical shape.  I met some people in the treatment that were in bad shape.  They meds have improved so much that I never threw up during chemo, all though one weekend I wanted to.
