Roundup: Katy Perry Won the Grammys, Pope Benedict Will Resign & Franchise Tag for Joe Flacco?
Katy Perry … the eternal question in Pennsylvania: Wawa vs. Sheetz … somebody bought Pat Riley’s obscene mansion just to level it … no, you can’t bling up your ankle monitor … for fans of ‘In Cold Blood‘ … such a Florida story … why some kids can handle pressure, and others fall apart … “Pope Benedict XVI Says He Will Resign” … the list of Grammy winners, if you didn’t watch …

God Bless her. Very Priscilla Presley-esque, I likey.
Ahh, Sheetz the convenience store of my hometown. Gas is nearly $0.30 higher at Sheetz than the national average. Talk about Hometown love.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:29 AM
Quick poll question, due to the Grammys and SI Swimsuit Edition cover.
Who’s are bigger, Katy or Kate?
February 11th, 2013 at 8:31 AM
Waste of time to discuss. All the Philly people will say Wawa, and central/western PA will say Sheetz. Hell, I don’t think ever been to WaWa.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:32 AM
The hippo must had had a case of sliders from White Castle after drinking a case of Old Milwaukee.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:33 AM
Some week for Illinois – first the win over Indiana, now a shocker on the road against Minnesota.
Anyone who has watched the Gophers this year will say that this wasn’t so shocking. They haven’t been playing well lately and Illinois played them tough last time
February 11th, 2013 at 8:34 AM
Upton. plus her face isn’t beat like Katy Perry’s is. Upton is the total package, Perry has got a rack and that’s about it.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:35 AM
GetGo.
Sheetz MTO is fucking disgusting.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:36 AM
Upton. Certainly hotter. No question. I’ll bet Katy has better game between the sheets.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:38 AM
The only Grammy award they got right was best blues album, and that Dr. John album isn’t even blues.
Gotye winning over Tom Waits?
The Black Keys winning best production? Holy shit.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:41 AM
Dont care. Love both
February 11th, 2013 at 8:41 AM
The Harlem Shake craze > Gangham Style
February 11th, 2013 at 8:43 AM
It’s not even a question, Wawa in a landslide.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:44 AM
Katy Perry and Zooey Deschanel in…Taboo Sisters 5
February 11th, 2013 at 8:44 AM
Also the real answer to Wawa/Sheetz is “Neither, because any gas station you can’t buy beer in is fucking retarded.”
February 11th, 2013 at 8:46 AM
Blame PA’s draconian and idiotic liquor laws for that. Wawa’s selling beer in their FL stores.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:48 AM
Ive been to a Sheetz in North Carolina.
/thats all I’ve got.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:48 AM
Also the real answer to Wawa/Sheetz is “Neither, because any gas station you can’t buy beer in is fucking retarded.Their food is garbage too. In Greenville, Sheetz sold beer/wine, but it was more expensive than buying it at Harris Teeter.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:50 AM
Woke up this morning and more snow was coming down. Guess the 30 inches that fell wasn’t enough. I just want to sit and stare at Katy Perry and I think that is what I will do today.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:55 AM
Good call
February 11th, 2013 at 8:55 AM
Freezing rain? Go away anytime please
February 11th, 2013 at 8:57 AM
Finally hit a Wawa last week. Sheetz Bavarian Pretzel Melt and Mac ‘N Cheese destroy Wawa.
Also, the farmer’s market in downtown Lancaster, PA has some ridiculous produce.
February 11th, 2013 at 8:59 AM
Stoops to the Vatican?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:01 AM
what a cocksucker.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:02 AM
Well done.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:02 AM
That Hello Kitty in Space video was way cooler than I thought it would be. Loved the balloon bursting in space – cool image.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:02 AM
Not even close. Wawa is way better. Sheetz is a terrible name for a place where you can by food.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:04 AM
Back when I lived in Philly, you could only buy beer at a package store. Then i went back in the mid-2000s and saw that carryouts were selling beer. I pick up 6 12 of Yuengling and go to pay. dude says you can’t buy all that and points to a sign that basically said you can buy a 12 pack and a 40, a 60 pack OR 2 6 packs OR etc… Change comes slowly.
On the other hand, PA has a thriving craft brew industry that would take a step back of INBEV and MillerCoors can buy off retailers…
February 11th, 2013 at 9:04 AM
Stoops to the Vatican?
Awesome.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:05 AM
Also the real answer to Wawa/Sheetz is “Neither, because any gas station you can’t buy beer in is fucking retarded.”
I’m pretty sure Sheetz has a liquor license in some stores to sell beer.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:07 AM
Agreed with Mole that GetGo is better. Their cheese steak is a pleasant surprise
February 11th, 2013 at 9:07 AM
True, but they sell plenty of volume of craft in NJ, DE and MD where the customers can buy as many sixers as they want. Even if they change the rules, the two six pack rule is supposedly going to stay in effect, which is dumb.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:08 AM
Nothing eternal about it. Sheetz is like the little hillbilly that, one day, will give up meth and be like Wawa.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:08 AM
Also the real answer to Wawa/Sheetz is “Neither, because any gas station you can’t buy beer in is fucking retarded.”
Sheetz in ohio sells beer
February 11th, 2013 at 9:08 AM
And really, it’s brilliant marketing strategy by Sheetz to get their name in the same conversation as Wawa.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:09 AM
Kate upton’s tits for pope
February 11th, 2013 at 9:11 AM
I never post. I’m just stopping by to say that the mobile site is a sloppy pile of wet dogshit. You can’t read the comments on the mobile site?!?! That’s most of the reason to visit this site. Lisk’s NFL posts are generally solid, otherwise I read actual journalists if I want sports news. The roundup is usually good, too, but a lot of the value in that is the comments – most of the links are regurgitated shit I’ve read before.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:11 AM
I would eat lunch at Sheetz everyday if it wasn’t so expensive. Although 2 hot dogs for 99 cents ain’t a bad deal. Add cheese though – an extra $.39 each!!
February 11th, 2013 at 9:12 AM
Last call, WhiskeyRebellion.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:13 AM
NCAA basketball is so crazy this year. I was hoping so bad Duke would lose last night. Seriously, who deserves to be ranked #1 right now? Miami?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:15 AM
I hope he sticks around and tells us all about his fantasy teams.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:15 AM
Anyone ever eat hard boiled eggs from a 7-11?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:16 AM
Miami. Duke shouldnt be number 1. Im sorry, how about you dont struggle to beat shitty Boston College?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:16 AM
This. The Gophers are in their annual Jan/Feb swoon. Tubby Smith is the college basketball version of Denny Green. I don’t know how many times they’ve started out 14-0 or something like that only to finish the year 20-8 and a 7 seed.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:16 AM
As mentioned in the last Katy Perry post. A Perry/Upton chest bump GIF would destroy the internet.
The Bob Marley “tribute” was bad.
Cool seeing Prince.
The LL, Chuck D ending was cut off by credits. Of course.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:17 AM
I never eat hard boiled eggs i havent made myself
February 11th, 2013 at 9:17 AM
Anyone ever eat hard boiled eggs from a 7-11?
i don’t like where this is heading.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:18 AM
Love Coach Combs.
Brady Hoke fears that man. Picked up another top 5 state of Michigan recruit yesterday.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:18 AM
Dopeman has great stories all the time so i am eager to read his tragic colonic reactions to said eggs
February 11th, 2013 at 9:19 AM
I heard that Pope Benedict is resigning to pursue a relationship with Lennay Kekua…
/I heard it on twitter
February 11th, 2013 at 9:19 AM
Urban’s secret weapon? Blood pressure medicine
February 11th, 2013 at 9:19 AM
Upton > Perry in every conceivable way. Upton is younger (20 to 28), taller (5’10″ to 5’8″) and has bigger cans (eye test)
February 11th, 2013 at 9:21 AM
Can’t we just have both?!;
February 11th, 2013 at 9:21 AM
Hippo vid, so funny, but so fake.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:21 AM
This is probably a wise choice. I bought a big pack at Costco last month and they tasted horrendous.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:22 AM
The Bob Marley “tribute” was bad.
Cool seeing Prince.
The LL, Chuck D ending was cut off by credits. Of course.
1. It was horrible.
2. That wasn’t even a pimp cane.
3. They should have cut that off before the song started. RIP, Chuck D.
Fun is horrible. Lordy. That was a shitty song
Sometimes less is more Black Keyes. I love the Preservation Hall Band, but you didn’t need every single one of them playing with you. And Dr. John was in the throes of an ether binge. That was sort of awesome.
I get why people like Mumford and Sons. Just not my bag. As someone said last night, they are England’s answer to Dave Mathews.
And Taylor Swift is insufferable. Goodness. I have heard about that song, but never actually heard it. Awful. /sorry Jason and Jay.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:23 AM
The LL, Chuck D ending was cut off by credits. Of course.
it was correct to cut it off, if was horrid.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:23 AM
I never eat hard boiled eggs i havent made myself
I thought this was a given.
I bought a big pack at Costco
Yikes. You have a stronger resolve than I do.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:23 AM
Taylor swift needs to stop dating douchebags
February 11th, 2013 at 9:24 AM
People still watch the Grammy’s?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:24 AM
Because white people are boring as shit.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:25 AM
I get why people like Mumford and Sons. Just not my bag.
they arent too bad. but, every single one of their songs sounds exactly the same. i guess there about 5-6 out now, and i cannot tell the difference between any of them.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:25 AM
Made more correct
February 11th, 2013 at 9:25 AM
Just to bitch. I’m surprised you don’t since that’s right up your alley.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:25 AM
I only did it once!
February 11th, 2013 at 9:26 AM
Dear stupidpeople of america, stop giving Chris Brown your attention. The fact that he was even nominated shows the joke that is the nominators for the awards. Also, rihanna is stupid for going back to that shithead
February 11th, 2013 at 9:26 AM
I’ll be bitching about Walking Dead soon enough.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:28 AM
Taylor swift. Stop complaining that john mayer kept putting it in your ass.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:28 AM
This. And that Gotye character. The two songs that win best of whatever are the two shittiest songs I heard in 2012. I fucking hate what is called pop music nowadays.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:28 AM
While I can appreciate the enthusiasm, saying Marshall’s a top 5 prospect in Michigan makes me think you need to subscribe to a different recruiting service.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:29 AM
Upton will be in rehab in 5 years soon after she becomes yesterday’s news.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:30 AM
Gotye is great. The album is very good and diverse. Its not like “Somebody that I used to know” the entire way through.
Fun’s album sucks hard. Their first album was good. some Nights blows goat
February 11th, 2013 at 9:32 AM
Upton will be in rehab in 5 years soon after she becomes yesterday’s news.
Marilyn Monroe part deux?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:32 AM
Fair enough, top 6. My bad! Hoke better close on McDowell!
February 11th, 2013 at 9:33 AM
Cut the cord this weekend. No more Dish Network; no more cable.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:33 AM
Lots of insufferable chicks will put Kate Upton quotes on their online profiles in sixty years?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:34 AM
I dont know. Did monroe like black guys too?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:34 AM
The common denominator to all of Taylor Swift’s problems are … Taylor Swift
February 11th, 2013 at 9:34 AM
Stoops to the Vatican?
Gruden?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:35 AM
Sorry. No offense, but after hearing that drivel for the first time, I don’t know what would propel anyone to buy the album.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:35 AM
Yes, when you are doing a “tribute” to another artist you dont come out and sing YOUR songs.
Prince said he liked the song. Almost as good as getting a Grammy.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:36 AM
I get why people like Mumford and Sons
Because white people are boring as shit.
Pretty much. It is middle-age white housewife music.
Just to bitch. I’m surprised you don’t since that’s right up your alley.
I’ll be bitching about Walking Dead soon enough.
Both are correct.
Walking Dead needs to move beyond having zombie kills when the story stalls. Watching zombies getting killed in any number of awesome ways has grown stale to me. I’ll admit, I’m watching merely to bitch. It isn’t near as bad as it was in S2.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:37 AM
“well behaved women rarely make history, and don’t like taking it in the ass as much as i do”
February 11th, 2013 at 9:38 AM
Why wasnt Macklemore nominated? The Heist is truly an amazing album. Is it because he ripped Jimmy Loevine? That he isnt on a label? Someone with entertainment experience tell me.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:39 AM
Did you all catch the Hines Ward zombie cameo?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:40 AM
Well, thanks to the internet, you can hear more than one song before buying the album.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:41 AM
Probably because he didn’t bribe people to get a nomination
February 11th, 2013 at 9:41 AM
Grammy nomination windows run from October to September. It came out in October so it wasn’t eligible for this year’s because the cutoff is the end of September. Which is why Tom Waits’ album from October 2011 was up for Best Alternative Album last night.
It will almost certainly be nominated next year.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:41 AM
i think you misspelled Bon Jovi
February 11th, 2013 at 9:42 AM
That he isnt on a label?
I have no idea who you are talking about, but if he isn’t on a major label, his odds of being nominated approach 0%. The Grammys are just a major label circle jerk. There are some exceptions this year. I think Jack White is on his own label, but he made a lot of people a lot of money for a lot of years.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:43 AM
Oh, thanks cowboy and ap. I really hate the fact that ESPN College Gameday uses his song.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:43 AM
He’s that stupid whiny blonde white woman that sleeps with the Governor right?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:44 AM
KC here is the album http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6lbgd2yMz4
February 11th, 2013 at 9:44 AM
The Suburbs was released on Merge and cleaned up at The Grammy’s. There are lots of exceptions. Also Macklemore has made a shitload of money for YouTube
February 11th, 2013 at 9:44 AM
The NE is the new florida: weather hell
Move, people!
February 11th, 2013 at 9:46 AM
The Suburbs was released on Merge and cleaned up at The Grammy’s. There are lots of exceptions.
Outlier.
Also Macklemore has made a shitload of money for YouTube
I don’t think Youtube and LA record executives are the same thing.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:47 AM
The NE is the new
floridaNew Orleans: weather hellFixed.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:47 AM
Youtube is smarter
February 11th, 2013 at 9:47 AM
In that Google isn’t a failing industry, and that Google doesn’t scour record labels for their talent, yes.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:47 AM
wow, how pissed are your kids?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:48 AM
well, i mean, sure if you limit your criteria only to artists youve actually heard of.
before they went under, telarc records won tons of grammys for their classical and jazz albums (production/engineering and for the actual albums)incluing 2004′s label of the year and they were the farthest thing from a major label.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:48 AM
record executives and network tv executives seem to share the same empty brain
February 11th, 2013 at 9:49 AM
Also that Thrifting song has been number one on the charts for a while. There’s zero chance he doesn’t at least get a best new artist nomination.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:51 AM
Thift shop is the worst song on that album
February 11th, 2013 at 9:51 AM
wow, how pissed are your kids?
Not at all. Football is over and we’re not basketball fans.
We will still get some Braves games on Peachtree TV and they watched the Grammys last night – over the air antenna.
XBox shows ESPN stuff.
Roku boxes in multiple rooms and they’ve been watching netflix anyway.
$100 for DirectTV – I just wasn’t getting the value.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:51 AM
I think that you shouldn’t be eligible for best new artist if you have more than one album out.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:52 AM
I started Assassins Creed III this weekend on the computer (amazingly the controls are actually okay on it), I love that series so much. Really looking forward to the DLC where I get to kill Washington.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:53 AM
I gotta agree with AP. He has other albums out. One of his early songs is about having a fake id and it getting taken by a bouncer. Good stuff.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:53 AM
Not until he cheap-shotted another zombie while that zombie wasn’t looking and then acted like he did something great.
I was okay with the episode until Rick started the hallucinations again. Mostly because I think it is a dumb angle (the phone), partly because Rick’s overacting while hallucinating is hard to watch.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:53 AM
The Beatles had five albums when they were nominated.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:54 AM
FarCry 3 is the most insane game I have ever played.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:54 AM
I did it about 4 weeks ago, and so far I am ok with it. kind of sucks not having golf channel, that is really what I miss the most. no college hoops on espn sucks, but I would usually just have it on as background anyways, I mostly just listen to music now.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:55 AM
But I had heard AMC has the most original shows completely free of grating TV tropes?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:55 AM
spencer would be sitting in a bathtub with a razor on his wrist…
February 11th, 2013 at 9:57 AM
The times where you can explore the world in Sequence 6 & 7 along with Sequence 9 are kind of amazing.
February 11th, 2013 at 9:58 AM
please…why would i even choose to do business in the first place with a provider that doesnt offer golf channel?
February 11th, 2013 at 9:59 AM
I think I’m in six now, maybe seven. Am at Bunker Hill at the moment.
Hunting and exploring were my favorite parts of Red Dead Redemption so I was pretty excited about hunting in this, great time-sink. Not looking forward to when I get killed by a bunch of bears if it’s anything like that though.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:01 AM
This. Enough of that plot line, it’s awful. Season should pick up hopefully though.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:02 AM
The bears weren’t that bad actually. They’re slow so you get more time to do the button pushes. The wolves and bobcats are worse because you get less time. And the bears are easily killed if you’re in the trees and throw some poison darts at them.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:02 AM
i am no southerner, but his accent is horrendous as well.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:02 AM
but I would usually just have it on as background anyways, I mostly just listen to music now.
Yeah – Pandora and TuneIn on the Roku is nice.
I’m 25-30 miles from the Atl towers and I get everyone of them. I thought I had no shot, but I get a ton.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:04 AM
Definitely not the worst. But that album has a ton of great tracks.
Timberlake owned last night. Whatever that second song was after Suit & Tie convinced me to buy a timberlake album.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:04 AM
Bought Assassins Creed II during the Steam Xmas sale, but haven’t played it yet. Now I’m wondering if I should try I first or just skip to III. Ruling please?
Chris Brown should have beaten Frank Ocean again for playing the worst song on his album last night.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:05 AM
Wawa>Sheetz>Turkey Hill
February 11th, 2013 at 10:06 AM
Bad news for Mole
February 11th, 2013 at 10:06 AM
Correct answer
February 11th, 2013 at 10:07 AM
Frank Ocean’s worst song is better than any song Chris Brown has ever made
February 11th, 2013 at 10:07 AM
Just can’t see myself cutting the cord. I get a lot of use out of my cable package. Don’t know what I’d do without Military Channel, History 2, Nat Geo, Science, AMC, and FX.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:07 AM
No, you gotta play II. Italy looks amazing in that one. Plus it helps with the plot
February 11th, 2013 at 10:07 AM
Did you know that Andrew Lincoln (Rick) is British?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:07 AM
Tough call. III has the American history factor to it and some pretty cool plot twists, but II has the more fast paced feel to it and bigger cities, more stuff to climb on and the addictive side mission of Altair’s Armor.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:08 AM
Agreed. I would also play Brotherhood as well. You can skip Revelations.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:08 AM
So you’re the one who watches all those Hitler shows
February 11th, 2013 at 10:08 AM
Have to resort to calling a family member to hear about the Nazi war machine?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:08 AM
Frank Ocean nailed the visuals, but Forrest Gump was a terrible song choice for the Grammys
February 11th, 2013 at 10:10 AM
Short article, but an interesting shift in perspective. Starts out with “the area is depressed economically” (which is true). But it ends with “kids just don’t want it bad enough”, which could be cited in many other parts of the country.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:10 AM
Does the plot of ACII pop up more than just the involvement of the apple and the precursors?
Also, the parts of the game with Desmond are just downright awful. Really hope they ignore the temptation to do a modern day version at some point.
WWII would be cool, The Saboteur handled that really well.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:11 AM
Oh also I really really liked how with the Boston Tea Party mission they left out the whole “dress up like Indians to shirk the blame” part since the character is Indian.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:12 AM
/fixed for Kaiser’s Fallopian tubes.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:13 AM
I will never get over people thinking Katy Perry is hot. Just astounds me.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:13 AM
I won’t spoil anything Mole, so won’t comment on the Desmond stuff.
But I feel that there is more connection to Brotherhood than AC2 in terms of story.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:14 AM
II is about the apple, but it is also much more. You gotta find the armor
February 11th, 2013 at 10:15 AM
One of my friends told me the last mission is in the cave with him, I think.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:15 AM
wouldn’t a worse economy lead to kids wanting it more?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:15 AM
Your girl don’t like me
how long has she been gay?
/Kanye’d
Katy Perry is hot. After Kate Upton she has the best rack in America. Her face is fine, the rest of her body is fantastic, and she’s likely a freak in bed. But yeah, not hot.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:16 AM
Kind of set myself up by mentioning those channels but I don’t care. I love some military history. Although, History channel documentaries always leave me disappointed. Great concepts executed poorly. Yet, I still watch.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:16 AM
Yeah exploring the caves and churches to find it was outstanding and borderline infuriating. I was about to breakdown and buy a PS3 (sold my 360 a long time ago) to play III then I remembered torrents exist.
Got Dishonored this weekend too. Every character has gigantic hands.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:17 AM
I’ve never understood people making assumptions about how someone is in bed based on their looks. Nor why that comes into play with an opinion on a celebrity’s attractiveness.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:18 AM
Economically depressed areas often produce the best football players. Makes no sense.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:18 AM
You using the internet to stream and/or pirate?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:18 AM
The worst was season 2 on the farm, “We hav to steeck togeeeeeether.”
February 11th, 2013 at 10:18 AM
Man hands!
February 11th, 2013 at 10:18 AM
Katy Perry is hot.
Most days I agree. She’s a bit of a two-face. When she looks good, she looks fantastic. But I don’t like the roundup pic (from the neck up) buut I love it from the neck down.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:19 AM
This is true. Kim Kardashian was horrible in that sex tape. And didn’t Billy Bob say that having sex with Angelina was like fucking a couch?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:19 AM
That’s what I wondered also. That is the narrative used for decades in the ‘hood regarding basketball. What’s different about the narrative regarding football (he asked leading-ly)?
Seriously, we all know.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:20 AM
sportsgal is a hateful bitch in bed..oh you meant by looks..
February 11th, 2013 at 10:20 AM
I don’t want to hear or think about BBT and sex
February 11th, 2013 at 10:20 AM
He wasn’t eating the sprinkles, nope.
Look lady…if you’re going to give me an out then I’m going to deny, deny, deny. Obviously I have fucking sprinkles on my face, but you asked me if I ate them so I’m going to take the chance that you are as dumb as I think and deny to the end.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:20 AM
I gotta admit, the fact a guy who thinks players get better in games and not practice believes this makes me POSITIVE that I’m right. She’s not hot. Face is nto fine, and I guess if you like fat tits, have at it. No face, no voice, no body. Just fat tits. Yeeha.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:21 AM
I’ll give you that. They cut to her last night during one of the performances and she looked like the hottest person on earth. Then there are times when she’s standing still where I wonder if I’m on drugs.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:21 AM
also in soccer the number of elite players who grew up poor or lower middle class is astoundingly high.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:21 AM
She definitely has yelled at a guy for not performing up to her expectations. I’m sure of it.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:22 AM
This is a highly underrated fact.
Not only does she possess no discernible talent other than having a nice ass, but the one thing that she got famous for, she does poorly.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:23 AM
You using the internet to stream and/or pirate?
Roku for most – incl netflix, pandora, CBS sports – tons of stuff. My kids uses his XBox for ESPN shows. Some pirated.
I bought a leaf ultimate antenna from mohu – fnatastic.
And I swear, the over-the-air picture is better than the dish.
Next step is to build a custome DVR so I can record over-the-air shows.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:23 AM
I have no idea what you mean about practice, but sure, Katy Perry is ugly. That’s why shes on magazine covers and commercials and posters and sells millions of records
Her voice? Voice matters to attractiveness now? Yeah, I’d have fucked that girl but she couldn’t hold that high C for more than five seconds. later, slut.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:25 AM
Katy Perry is the perfect use for queefer’s meme of “good, not great”
February 11th, 2013 at 10:25 AM
Link.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:27 AM
My brush is broad, but I would guess one big reason of PA fooball blue-chippers decreasing in numbers is kids have more choices than before.
Lessee – after school I can go a) practice football, b) go to my part-time job, c) chase girlies, d) play video games, e) get high, or f) do something else.
What are kids probably choosing today? How high is football practice on their lists of priorities?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:29 AM
The idea of competing priorities among more affluent children is legit, IMO. When your only outlet is soccer or football or basketball, you tend to focus all your time and energy on achieving that goal. Not just because it’s a mental escape, but a literal one (ticket to college/pros).
February 11th, 2013 at 10:30 AM
Agreed drugs and pussy did not exist before this generation.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:33 AM
Queefer, there are competing priorities amongst the poor as well. Some involve not getting shot in drive-bys, but you know what I mean.
Cowboy, you are too swift for this crowd.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:34 AM
Kim Kardashian was horrible in that sex tape.
This is a highly underrated fact.
The director (her mom) shouldn’t have cut out the part where Ray J pees on her. There is always a niche audience that would appreciate that.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:36 AM
Queefer, there are competing priorities amongst the poor as well. Some involve not getting shot in drive-bys, but you know what I mean.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:42 AM
Bad news for Mole
he’s next up for my fantasy hockey machine
February 11th, 2013 at 10:45 AM
I think we are in agreement.
It is a much-broader discussion than we can cover here.
My biggest concern is, those high-school kids today will be running the nation 20 or so years from now. What are the experiences today that shape their character so they are responsible, intelligent, capable adults in the 2030s? For some, football can be that maturing experience.
If they’re so distracted now, will they develop more focus over time?
February 11th, 2013 at 10:47 AM
The kids will be all right.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:48 AM
I believe that hippo did.
It’s good to learn from your mistakes.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:50 AM
*SPOILER*
Goddamn, Lori again? Can they kill her off a seconde time, or is her ghost a zombie?
Last night was a definite return to Season 2 levels, and that ain’t a good thing.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:52 AM
Also, Katy Perry is the equivalent of a kewpie fuck-me doll.
February 11th, 2013 at 10:53 AM
Wow, horrific
February 11th, 2013 at 10:54 AM
well…
February 11th, 2013 at 10:56 AM
Cut the cord this weekend. No more Dish Network; no more cable.
welcome to the club man. great decision.

People who read the comic were super excited about both the farm and Michonne story lines. Turned out to be wrong about both of those things. Michonne is worse than Lori and that old guy that died last year. Remember him? Completely devoid of common sense. Turned every decision into a debate about morality.

wild weekend in the vez hh
kids had a stomach bug the past week. i never get sick, so…
after eating way too much pizza saturday night, i puked for the first time since a blackout drunk in 2002 at an STP show
earlier that night, i left the van running in the garage for two hours. was headed to the grocery store to get something for the wife, started the car, came back in to get some coupons, and she said, never mind. forgot all about the car and she discovered it running when she went to walk the dog
also, had a crazy sports related dream: was playing left field and had a liner go over my head, even tho i was playing pretty deep. the situation must have been crucial, because it had a must-catch feel to it. anyway, it screams over my head, bounces off the fence and into my glove
also, saw this awesome nature phenomenon walking the dog
February 11th, 2013 at 11:08 AM
I know this is off target, but speaking of Kate Upton and her SI Swimsuit front cover, I saw a link on SI for hottest sports Mom and Victoria Beckham was listed.
Here’s the photo they gave
Anyone notice the similarity?
/doesn’t join mass consensus that Victoria is hot
//needs different British tart
///more Kelly Brook please
February 11th, 2013 at 11:10 AM
I thought I saw some Zombie-esque features when she was standing up on that catwalk.
/go away Lori
February 11th, 2013 at 11:11 AM
This is not the Michonne of the book, who was awesome. Why they turned her into a sulking teenager, I can’t understand.
And Andrea has definitely become the stupidest person in the world.
