Yea I’ve been known to frequent our machine. Every once in a while I’ll mix it up, but if I knew the exact number of times I’ve bought peanuts out of that machine since I’ve worked I’d be pretty mad at myself. I’ll fucking decimate some Planters.

yeah County here doesn’t py much either. I think it’s like $15 for the day. Wife had to do it once. I was pretty surprised by how much federa paid. Didn’t hurt that it was 120 miles at 55 cents a mile.

County here just pays 20 bucks a day if they use you, no mileage or extra. Everybody I know that’s been called has only had to go in for the orientation day. But there’s always the chance. So for two weeks I’ve got the possibility of having to do that all fucking day and then come to work at night.

Meth I’ve been called 3 times, and only had to report once. County jury duty you call in the night before to see if you have to report and both times my panel didn’t have to go in. When I was called to Federal it was supposed to be for 2 days or 1 trial, but eded up only being 1 day. Got paid almost $150 for it by the time they reimbursed my miles and tolls.

I didn’t wake up with the flu, so I’m all out of options to get out of jury duty tomorrow. Told my brother I should just fill up on nothing but baked beans and deviled eggs. Pound the courts into submission with a never ending game of Whoever smelt it dealt it.
