Carly Baker is the First European UFC Octagon Girl
Next Saturday, the UFC heads to Wembley Arena for UFC on FUEL TV 7 where Renan Barão will become the first UFC Interim Champion to defend his Interim Belt since… Who knows. In addition to a free title fight, UFC on Fuel will see the debut of the new European Octagon Girl! Carly Baker is a model / singer / actress / dancer from London. Baker, 30, was dating 23-year old cricket player Tom Maynard last summer when Maynard died while running from police at 4:15 in the morning.

I think besides interim champ v. actual champ, the last interim champ v. contender fight I can remember is Big Nog v. Mir at UFC 92.
