Jevon Kearse Facing Foreclosure on His 6,000 Square Foot Home
Jevon Kearse, known as “The Freak”, last played in the NFL in the 2009 season with the Tennessee Titans, and three years later is now facing foreclosure on the home he purchased for $6 million in 2004, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
He purchased the home in 2004 when he signed a big contract with Philadelphia that included a $16 million signing bonus. Just two years later, he took out a $5 million mortgage on the home, and it is that loan that is now in default.

I feel like I could start a company that just provides common sense to athletes for investments, and I have no formal training. The acceptance of my retainer fee will be their first lesson in making bad decisions…but after that, smooth sailing.

I hear Kearse made a major investment into Vandelay Industries but it didn’t pan out.
