Clemson was thrilled to announce that defensive back Mackensie Alexander, a 4-star recruit out of Florida, had picked the Tigers. They were so thrilled that assistant coach / running backs coach Tony Elliott took a picture holding Alexander’s letter of intent. In the background, a whole bunch of Twilight posters and pictures are plastered all over the office where the fax machine resides.

So many questions. Is Coach Elliott a Twihard? Is it some office assistant who just happens to sit next to the fax machine? And is this person Team Jacob or Team Edward? We may never know, but for now, let’s just assume that Clemson running backs coach Tony Elliott is a huge Twilight fan. Maybe that’s what drew Alexander to Clemson in the first place – a common love of the Twilight franchise.
