Not saying that anyone should have been shot. But sounds as if they were literally raining shit down on the shooter and this was a series of episodes. Some people just go through life oblivious to potential repercussions of their actions. I don’t mind that. I just mind when they are shocked as to the repercussions’ effect. Obviously, no one should have died. That being said, literally having shit thrown out you would reasonably result in a wide range of unpleasant reactions with violence being one of them.
