Generally, yes. But they’re (as I’m sure you know) not treated like OL – they’re off in the P/K area. Most LS are walk-ons that don’t even play for 3-4 years. I knew one guy that was a TE and an LS, but that’s not the norm.

Oh, no doubt. But one of the disadvantages (if tehre realy are any) to taking some many 4 and 5 star OL is that they (generally) won’t be satisfied with being a career backup. It’s not like DL where you can get a rotation (hig fives Urbz). If you got a 5-5 star tackle that is happy being a career backup, he shouldn’t have been a 4-5 star to begin with.

/Moral of the story, directional Michigan schools and Illinois will see an influx of UM transfers.
