Russian Referee Fights Hockey Player [Video]
Russia is a magical place. Just look at The Americans. Even undercover KGB agents outside Washington, D.C. in the early 80′s taught their children to play ice hockey and drink vodka. There are just some things that Russians need to survive. Just look at this clip from a Russian hockey game. A player bumps into a referee. The referee calmly gets up, removes his helmet and tries to fight the player who knocked him down. A player from the other team both tries to break up the fight and fight… both of them? It is all very confusing… but that’s Russia!

What was that song played at the beginning and the end of The Americans last night?

All we get in this country is some awkward foot race between a dried up official and retired HOFer.

Crosby is going to have to play with Tangradi tonight. I’m ready for Shero to be fired.

I would thoroughly enjoy watching Hochuli beat someone like Brees to a pulp.

I’ve already started a campaign for Ken Holland’s head on a stake.

“Why is ESPN continuing to ignore Drew Brees’ historic streak of getting the shit kicked out of him by Ed Hochuli?”

I didn’t watch it yet but my guess based on twitter is Tusk by Fleetwood Mac. Was it good (the show, not the song)?

Seems that scouting luck has run dry a bit.
At least you don’t have a collection of third/fourth line players being trotted out to play wing with one of the most dynamic players the game has ever seen. It’s incredible how poorly Kunitz and Dupuis keep up with him. Might as well have Milan Fucking Kraft out there.

Good enough to want to watch the 2nd episode.

Very good pilot. The father character is pretty well developed after the pilot. They will have to work on Felicity though.

No. Problem is way to many shitty veteran forwards getting PT over highly touted prospects in GR. Wings have plenty of good prospects(Nyquist, Tatar, Jarnkrok, Spoul, Oulette, Sheahan etc).

Ah the old veterans getting in the way of the pipeline problem, always a bitch.

Good take from Amani Toomer on Ray Lewis.

I predicted that Laviolette wouldn’t last the month of January after the way the Flyers have played. I think I’m going to be wrong on the prediction of January, but I don’t think he’ll be the coach at the end of the year.

Ruslan Fedotenko is skating a regular shift with the Flyers right now.

I’ll be curious to see how many teams will be sellers at the deadline. I’m guessing not that many.

That’s Two Time Stanley Cup Winner Ruslan Fedotenko to you, pal.

The AV Club devoted an entire post to that song yesterday. Fun memories.
Also, does Keri Russell git with the nekkid in The Americans? Because I might give it a try if she does.

Ray Lewis’s Attention Whore phase is definitely peaking right now. Enough with the fake fucking Maori dance. Devote more time to finding that blood-spattered suit.
