I’m putting a stake in the ground – going forward, can we think a little outside the box and circle back around here and please stop saying “at the end of the day”.

I was at a conference last week and heard this 100 times. Though nothing was as good as the lady who does sponsorships for faith-based conventions talking about “gettin’ that paper.” If it was an SNL skit people would have found it racist, but it was so awesome. Best way I can describe her presentation on how to secure sponsorships for her events is by using her own words “White collar hustle.”

Grbac was coming off a hell of a season before he went to Baltimore.

I remember he got hurt his last year in KC and Warren friggin Moon was his backup. I also remember Chris Berman’s disbelief at this development, and that was probably the last time I ever laughed at anything he said.
