Pretty spot-on. Aside from the obvious reasons (one and done, meaningless regular season), their are so many reasons the product is terrible:

- Over-coaching (or, over-emphasis on coaches)
- Shot clock too long
- Three-point line being too close
- Officiating discouraging driving by calling so many charges

But hey, if they shifted the season, then they wouldn’t be going up against the NFL! Cures all their ills!
