Even when the former coaches come off the books, don’t they still need income to trend up, however slightly?

Born in Nebraska, educated in Georgia. I used to say I was a bigger NEB fan, but the last 5 years or so it’s swung the other way. Graduating and being around all-things UGA has a lot to do with that. I also happen to hate Pelini, no matter how much better he is than terrible Callahan.

yeah, getting to Fayetteville can be a pain in the ass, especially if you can’t fly direct. I love going to Auburn, I know a bunch of people down there and I’ve been to 2 games down there, always good times.

college football road games (non bowl game variety) are the best. I can’t wait to go to Ann Arbor for the Arkansas game, along with tea and crumpets with Duffy.

I went in ’99, and with it being an early game the tailgating wasn’t great. from everything I’ve heard the fans outside are cool and are quick to offer booze and food, it’s once you get in where they turn into dicks. the year I went LSU beat Arkansas’s ass, so it was pretty brutal.

I went to Auburn @ LSU in ’11. It was fun. Made a point to walk through some of the more hardcore LSU tailgates wearing my orange and blue bow tie. There are idiots who can say little else than F you, etc., but for the most part, it was a blast.

No and no. Having a large debt to service actually helps fundraising, and it shows the administration is continually working to improve programs and facilities. For the last year available, the AD posted a $4 million loss, and that’s after returning $6 million to the university.
