Payout is routinely $600-$2000. They get off on being really tough.It’s mainly how there’s hard Allegheny clay righr below the turf that keeps the grens hard all the time. The grens were built early 20th century and have a 9 strain hybrid that somehow lets it be cut low and doesnt die in the summer heat.
