It sucked growing up in the Carolinas though because for all the big games they would get blacked out on ESPN and we would get the Raycom or Jefferson Pilot Sports broadcast with their HORRIBLE announcers.

lol, yes. I grew up watching JP sports telecasts and I could not imagine how anything could be so bad……until I saw Raycom sports telecasts. Wow. Just wow.

Dude. No. Vitale has a reputation for being up Duke’s ass for a reason. He doesn’t hate UNC, sure, but there is no comparison between his love for the two. He’s basically an honorary member of the Cameron Crazies. People at Chapel Hill hate Dickie V for that very reason. It’s not a secret.

yeah, and when he was coaching, it was also wherever Robert Montgomery Knight was coaching. He could never stop talking about Bobby Knight. Talked about him more than he has talked about Coach K. It was also Dean Smith. He loves coaches. It just seems like he talks about Duke more because he loves the coach and he loves the fans. But that’s different than rooting for them.

Parx is pretty nice, much nicer than Sugarhouse (in Philly). However, on Saturdays the table games are way too much. $20 a hand for Blackjack and that’s the lowest. At least in AC, you can play for $10-$15 a hand.
