in phil’s defense…titleist doesn’t pay like TM or callaway or nike. they never have, even the top guys like tiger, sergio (it was a big deal when he left titleist) or rory.

He’ll win a tournament, do that half thumbs up thing he does and smile at the gallery, and it’ll blow over, even if he’s moved to Florida.

as someone who enjoys watching phil play golf (fuck you mole), i dont see him winning much this year*…he looked like CRAP last year outside of that sunday mollywhopping of tiger at pebble.

ritty…this whole ordeal is pure phil. tries to pull off a shot he doesn’t have the ability to pull off and has to scramble. he hit a terrific flop to save with callaway, but he’s staring at a bogey after this tax stuff.
