At a certain point, you’ve got blame Kobe for the state of the Lakers. First, he’s obviously not the best teammate. But more importantly, his salary severely handicaps the Lakers. He’s made a ton of money throughout his career. IF championships are worth more than money, reduce your salary so that your employer can get the necessary pieces to achieve the former.
