Russell Westbrook Trolls Denver Mascot, Blocks Half-Court Shot at the Rim [Video]
Russell Westbrook is a little bit crazy. Over the weekend, he was seen singing Ke$ha on the bench before the Thunder played the Mavericks. On Sunday, while the Nuggets mascot was trying to entertain the crowd with some trick shots, Westrbook was hanging out under the basket blocking the shots. Technically, I think this should be considered goaltending, but since the Nuggets mascot doesn’t get any points, the rules don’t really matter. However, the Nuggets mascot later got revenge in the form of karma as Denver beat Oklahoma City in overtime. Perhaps if Russell stopped clowning mascots he would shoot better than 1-7 from distance.
