So wouldn’t you agree that in this case (afc championship) that if the money was truly 90% on the Ravens, the line would have moved down?

In this case, absolutely. Like I said, the public money was more like 55/45, not the 90 that people have said. When people were talking about 90% of the public action, it was on the money line, not the spread — which is pretty common for a decided underdog.
