The NCAA will remove restrictions on phone calls, text messages and social media communication coaches can have with recruits.

For those keeping score, Uconn has been retroactively punished by APR and their coaching staff was decimated because of this asinine rule in the Nate Miles case. Good job, good effort NCAA.
