I wonder if Rudy Gay could fit in Detroit.

I bag on the guy a lot here, but he’s very talented. There’s a lot of nights he can get you 20 pts & make it look easy.

If you’re looking for a two-way SF who can shut down opposing 3s, I don’t think he’s that guy. It appears he doesn’t have the fire to play in-your-face defense all game. He has moments defensively, but he also is prone to drifting.

Detroit rookie Andre Drummond scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 22 foul-plagued minutes.
Forgot who said it last night (maybe Barkley), but Detroit does have some young up-and-coming talent. Drummond has so much potential.

That they do. He, Monroe and Knight could make for a nice core going forward. I wonder if Rudy Gay could fit in Detroit.
