Rolando McClain Got Arrested Because the Fake Name He Used Signing a Traffic Ticket Was “F*** Y’All”
Rolando McClain has already been signing away his career for awhile now, so it’s appropriate that a signature got him into trouble. Earlier, in the Roundup, we noted that McClain was arrested for providing a fake name. We didn’t know what the name was, though. According to the Decatur Daily in Alabama, Rolando McClain was arrested for signing a traffic citation for tinted windows with the name “F*** Y’All”. He was given an opportunity to provide his real name and responded that the expletive was his name. He was then arrested for providing a false name to law enforcement.
“I’m falsely accused of everything,” McClain was quoted by paper as saying as he left City Hall, “it’s corrupt. It’s terrible.”

This, along with his gun incident, makes him someone to root for.

Thats awesome. And I agree. I have only been pulled over once for tinted windows and it was in Washington. Which I guess makes sense, with the rainy days there the tint made driving a bitch. But even that cop did not give me a ticket (because I am white).

Oh, Mr. and Mrs Y’All’s boy?

Does it really matter what the hell he actually ‘signed’ by the x? I mean the cops had his license they knew who he was. My signature looks nothing like my name half the time. It just seems pretty shitty if the cops arrested him afterwards because he signed it that way.
Can a cop arrest you for taking a ticket they give you and crumpling it in their face?

No, it’s just further evidence of him being an ass. No big deal legally though

that’s why I never sign anything, I just put my mark

I don’t think so. Unless, the cop decided to take Fuck Y’all as a threat.

Not the same thing, but in college we used to fill in the “for” part of checks we wrote each other with horrible, horrible things just to make it super awkward when you cashed or deposited the check.

So true. 3 or 4 major decommitments in last year or so.

I’ve gotten out of a ticket twice, once because I was from Arkansas as well as the cop, and the other I’m pretty sure because we were both Black but it was a girl so maybe she let me off cause she wanted the D. Either way, fuck most cops.

I love this, as a 65 year old woman been their done that, some cops act like gods and they are the ones that make us hate police. This cop went out of his way, O.M.G I drive a VOLVO CROSS COUNTY and he pull me over for not let him by? he had no lights on and I did try to get in the middle lane but not fast enough for him???? went to court I did pay the ticket but got my money back, mine was a jerk, I will pay if I did something wrong ? so I got mad and put 1 name f u last name in court I am the one that told the judge told me not to it again that 8 years ago, made me feel better.

Many people dont realize that any false information you provide to the DMV can result in a crime. This crime in NY is called Offering a False Instrument for Filing. A person can be convicted of this crime if they submit a false information on a written document to a public government office.
