Early in tonight’s Illinois – Minnesota game, Illini guard Brandon Paul went down the lane and threw down a monster dunk on the Gophers’ Trevor Mbakwe. Mbakwe had excellent defensive position and took the charge. For some reason, Paul was given the points for the dunk and the offensive foul.

Meanwhile, the Gophers ran them out of their own gym. We’ll see if they’re for real at Indiana on Saturday.
