technically, you could be a bookie if you wanted. find a few friends who want to bet, set some limits (100 max per bet, 10 min) and rely on honor of friends for payments once a month.

Chris Paul made the correct professional basketball decision of trying to make a play on the ball, and not caring about infantile highlights, then pulling back at the last minute to avoid a foul upon realizing he had no play on the ball.
