Not only did McCarthy not know the rules….and SHOULD have been penalized…the officals still got the call wrong. Ball did not break the plane prior to the knee being down.

Tell me again how much worse the replacement officals are???? They aren’t much worse…the only difference is the shit head talking heads on tv arent bitching about this officials.
