Good point. Doesn’t apply for when you hear it from every coach to every team, then have to listen to announcers announce the same shit. I hear it so much, it makes me sick, no matter who says it.

I’m sure if it was made for TV, the right director would come up with the right scenery, and the great writers would come up with the perfect words that would allow people to take up a Monday Morning TBL Roundup discussing the virtues of the performance while half of those participating in the discussion would protest about having the discussion at all because they weren’t able to watch the speech on DVR as of yet. This is true. Although even in the first half the warning signs were there. Easy schedule, ground game (and therefore the offense) seemed sluggish, the Packers blowout; it was a matter of time. Strange to say but last year’s team was better.
