Brandon Carr Intercepts Ben Roethlisberger in Overtime, Dallas Beats Pittsburgh and Creates Madness in the NFC East
Dallas has defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers after Brandon Carr intercepted Ben Roethlisberger and returned the ball to the 1 yard line. Dallas then kicked the field goal to win it.
Here’s where things stand in the NFC East. Washington and Dallas are both a win away from setting up a showdown game in Washington on the final Sunday for the NFC East title. The Giants’ loss today means they cannot control their own fate for the division title (they would lose a tiebreaker to either team at 10-6), but will still make the playoffs if they win the last two as a wildcard.
As for Pittsburgh, the Steelers host the Bengals next week in a true must win game. A loss eliminates Pittsburgh. A win would give them the same record as Cincinnati and the tiebreaker on head to head wins, and hope going into week 17.

Nice hustle play by Wallace after the pick. He looked like it was college ball and he was down. Welcome to the nfl Mike! These steelers look old and are a shell of their former great teams. The fumble by brown pretty much cost the steelers for the win on the road. Gave the Boys back the momentum and the chance to tie the game up. What sucks is I hate the Stillers but this loss still won’t kick them out of the playoffs or keep them from making some noise in them. Fock em

Wallace is crap, still that pick is on Ben. Offense had several chances to put it away and couldn’t. What happened to their good receivers, now they’re a bunch of fumbling, bumbling morons out there.
Just gotta beat Ohio at home and Steelers are in, although I’m doubtful they can actually do that.
