Adrian Peterson had eight yards on his first eight carries. On the ninth, he did this. Peterson is now 310 yards away from 2,000 for the year, and if he hits his per quarter average should now get it. He has two 82-yard touchdown runs in three weeks. The chase for Eric Dickerson seemed impossible, but with how Peterson continues to defy the odds coming off his knee surgery, I’m not counting him out of anything.
