Ricky Rubio Threw a Bounce Pass Between His Legs – and Elton Brand’s, too – for an Assist
Ricky Rubio is back. Seven assists in his first 11 minutes on the court? Not bad. Not bad at all.

No GIF? Hook a brother up whose work computer is a movie Nazi.

Monster, what going on? Any luck lately betting? Too, a hit with TOL tonite. Damn, was in the game at 13-9 and then the wheels fell off. Fock.

Want to hear a jacked up story about my bets? Good part is it would’ve only been for 35 bucks (20 after the 15 I was going to drop on them). But before I went on vacation I had filled out cards, and decided not to turn them in. I should’ve never checked them when I got home, because I would’ve won. I haven’t put any in since I’ve been back. I may run up there tomorrow before the games start.

I usually keep my cards reasonable, but I always have 1 big one I jokingly dub the “Retirement plan”. I’m just glad it wasn’t that one or I’d have gone apeshit.

Isn’t that the luck, huh? Believe it or not, sitting with my friend and we’re DJing a Christmas party. Been here since 6pm, surfing the web between songs and looking at games for tomorrow. Like the ATL -1 vs the Gmen. Public all over Gmen. ATL 11-6-1 vs non-div teams as a Home Fav last 5 years with Matt Ryan. NYG 7-7 ATS as road dog vs non-div teams last 10 years. Lotta love after the NO blowout win last week. I understand the love, just think ATL wraps up home field throughout playoff with win.

Sounds like you put a lot more thought into them than I do. I just usually go with my gut feeling. Which may be why my winnings have been limited. I usually watch as fat stacks turn into slim stacks, and then slim stacks turn into no stacks. I’m not betting the house or anything though so no harm no foul is the way I see it. Djing a party? Is that a side job or a hobby?

T’wolves are going to win. Everybody scream!

The ball did not go through Elton Brand’s legs. Period. That is all.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:42 PM
My friend is a local disc jockey and he does some gigs on the side and asks me to help out from time to time. Nice little cash n the side, especially it being Christmas time. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:44 PM
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Same to you man. I’m sure I’ll see you again on here before then. I forgot you had said one time he had you on for part of an interview. What was it he wanted you to talk about on there?
December 15th, 2012 at 10:47 PM
The title: “Ricky Rubio Threw a Bounce Pass Between His Legs”.
Nobody said it went through Brand’s legs, it went threw his own.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:47 PM
It doesn’t look like it went through Brand’s legs to me… can anyone verify?
December 15th, 2012 at 10:48 PM
Nice little cash n the side, especially it being Christmas time.
Speaking of that. My gift giving this year’s going to be on the thin side. I don’t make as much money at this job as I’m used to making. Seeing as how much time I spend on here and just surfing the web is evidence enough that there isn’t much to do at this job, so the drop in pay is very understandable.
The ball did not go through Elton Brand’s legs. Period. That is all.
That’s disappointing.

He’ll bring me on for talk about Bama and college ball. He actually gets brought on American morning News nationally and gets about 5-10 minutes to talk aBout local sports including penn state.

through* on the second one, whoops.

except the title?
i agree that the incorrect apostrophication of the plural is confusing.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:52 PM
Wow, I fucked that one up bad.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:55 PM
I watched my first Timberwolves game tonight in forever and was honestly impressed. Pekovic is fantastic. Kirilenko was surprising. Rubio of course was awesome. I haven’t watched the NBA since 98 but that could change with this team.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:55 PM
you didn’t fuck it up as much as i did, it’s correct, im just an idiot. but the ball didn’t go through.
/backs out
December 15th, 2012 at 10:57 PM
I’m just going to blame lack of sleep, guys.
Rubio had a good game, though. 8pts, 9ast, and 3stl in 18 minutes. Had two turnovers, one being a ridiculous alley-oop try (he had two other ridiculous ones that went in). They were down 12 in the first, then up 15 in the second, then just watched the lead go down in the second half. Win is a win, 4 in a row.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:59 PM
im going to blame that at 10 pm on a sat night im at work and i tried to upgrade iphone software and i think my phone is now bricked. so yeah, fuck that.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:59 PM
This one was without Love, too. When he gets his shot back (has been absolutely terrible in his previous two games … 7-35, 1-7 from 3), it’s even better.
December 15th, 2012 at 10:59 PM
seriously… new itunes fucking blows.
December 15th, 2012 at 11:00 PM
10 pm on a sat night
Not East Coast I assume? Or are you that tired that you don’t know it’s 11? We’re all fucked up today. My shift starts at 3. I woke up at 2:45. Fucking beer.

Is this the new phrase for teabagging?

WWoS, correcting our drunken grammar since 1997. It’s for our own good.

I got kicked out of class in 6th grade for asking my teacher what teabagging was. He told me to ask my health teacher. So I asked him again. He kicked me out.

Now that you mention it, yea. Even if I remembered that though I had no idea it’s a different time zone there.

can drive north up 65 and you end up in EST so it’s a natural mistake.

Yea that is weird. That’s like Canada, though. If you’ve got 1 foot in America and 1 foot in Canada, your feet are an hour apart.

know how it feels to not buy any christmas presents this year? FANTASTIC!
December 15th, 2012 at 11:14 PM
I drove myself nuts trying to keep current on what time it was. Depending on which direction you face determines which country’s cell phone towers your phone bounces off of, so I couldn’t rely on it.

know how it feels to buy a fucking ipad for your wife? shitty

Scrooge. What you been up to man? Haven’t seen you on here all that much.
December 15th, 2012 at 11:15 PM
problem is that she wants one to look up recipes and stuff, and since she has a full time job and still does most of the housekeeping/cooking/laundry/taking care of dogs, i owe her big time. occasional flowers and cards are nice, but an ipad should get me some credit in the bank.
December 15th, 2012 at 11:15 PM
since i dont have much income right now, my mom told me not to worry about buying gifts for people. my family understands so it’s no big deal.

been busy helping my parents during the christmas season. Also just haven’t spent much time online other than playing games, sports stuff, and email/job stuff. Started a new medication for anxiety/depression a couple weeks ago so it had me out of whack for a while. I’ve been lurking here just not posting much at all
December 15th, 2012 at 11:17 PM
Fucked that up. That says bed in case you can’t see it. Credit in the bed.

we decided to only buy presents for niece/nephews this year. six of them though, and kids toys are expensive. after shipping, it still was a chunk of cash.
December 15th, 2012 at 11:24 PM
I’ve been married nine years. My wife tells me what she wants, I get it, wrap it up, and she opens it up on Christmas and acts surprised in front of my son. Once he wises up, both my wife and I will be just fine with ending that charade and just shop for ourselves one day. Which we will be spending less money since we are shopping for ourselves.
/usually buys socks, a knife and a either a pair of long pants or quick dry shorts from Cabellas. I’m fine with this.

How does SNL not have the seven second delay? Twice. Also, that was a horrible skit.
December 16th, 2012 at 12:35 AM
other than the intro, is there anything else worth staying up for?
i’m only up this late because of the basketball game.
