All I can say is if you have children then hug them tight tonight. We had no way of bringing this up to our students or even discussing. We just tried to go on with our day knowing what occurred in Newtown, CT and wanted to get the students home to their parents safely. It is tough as a teacher and even tougher as a parent.

The LA Times has one beat write, and ESPNLA had one two, but once the Dodgers started spending money the ESPNLA quickly got switch to the Doyer beat. Even the OC Register moved one of their Angels guys to the Dodger beat after the big spending spree.

seriously. the team could provide the game result on its website. later, the same site provides quotes from after the game with a format of Q:, A:, without comment

game stories are unnecessary. access needed for feature stories can be gained pre and postgame in the locker room, or by phone, or by question at pressers. i could see no pressboxes easily
