At what point did I lay out specific criteria for measuring anything. The post says the guy sucks when the lights are on, I said I’ve never seen the guy win a single big game. Part stats, part eye test, all fraud.

When you have the running game that the Texans do, and they use Foster quite a bit in order to set up the play action later, there won’t be as many passing yards. Due to their success on defense earlier in the season I think Schaub was often working with a short field too. it’s an offense predicated on the notion that they will run on almost any down/situation, which is why the play action and bootleg is so successful for them. But it doesn’t lead to a lot of throws deep down field.
