Jason Kidd Gets Away With Offensive Foul, Hits Late 3 to Beat the Nets in Brooklyn
Jason Kidd hit a late three-pointer, but he probably should have been called for an offensive foul. At least that’s what Jeff Van Gundy wanted and the rules required. Kidd kicked out his leg to draw contact, but got the call. Gerald Wallace and Deron Williams missed game-tying 3′s on the Nets final possession.

Offensive foul would be silly. I like a no-call there. Kidd is such a smart player.

even if they call the offensive foul, the three pointer is still good, he just doesnt get a foul shot…which he missed.

He’s right. That was a bitch move. He clearly kicked his leg out hoping to get the call in case he missed the shot.
