Vince Young Tweets to Larry Fitzgerald Hoping For Job as Arizona Quarterback
@larryfitzgerald you know I can help tell coach.
— Vince Young (@VinceYoung) December 9, 2012
The Cardinals got destroyed by the Seahawks in Seattle today, 58-0. John Skelton threw four interceptions and lost a fumble. Ryan Lindley came in and turned the ball over once. During the 2nd half, free agent quarterback Vince Young tweeted at frustrated Arizona wide receiver, Larry Fitzgerald, trying to convince him that he could help the team. Young appeared in six games for the Eagles in 2011 and spent this preseason with the Buffalo Bills before getting cut in late August. If you’re Arizona, why not consider it? Young is a 2-time Pro Bowler and he won’t be 30 until May. Besides, he literally couldn’t do any worse than Skelton or Lindley, Right?

This site really needs to allow images to be uploaded.

Within two minutes of that being allowed I’d be banned for flooding the site with pictures of porn scenes with Jason’s mug pasted over genitals.

Cowboy Mike, what’s wrong with you?
December 9th, 2012 at 8:04 PM
He’s just joking I assume. But J-mac, have you even considered adopting software similar to SB nation that allows uploading images?

Saw a shot of Fitzgerald sitting on the bench, with that thousand-yard stare. He’s a few
weekshours away from going off on somebody.December 9th, 2012 at 8:11 PM

Serious question:
Is there another cross-sport equivalent of someone as talented as Fitzgerald that is stuck on as shitty a team?

A tough but fair question

The only equivalent I can think of (and it’s still within the NFL) is Barry Sanders. Being buried on those awful Detroit teams in the 90′s.

Mason Plumlee on this year’s barren Duke team.
December 9th, 2012 at 8:24 PM
And Calvin Johnson. Rick Nash and Kovalchuk before they were traded.
December 9th, 2012 at 8:25 PM
Garnett on the Timberwolves. And I thought mason plumlee made Duke worse, not better.
