The Orange Bowl gave Notre Dame 17,000 tickets for the BCS title game.
2,500 of those are going to students.
Do students have to pay that $25 to be in the lottery as well?

I guess it’d be more hypocritical to sell tickets at exorbitant prices than bilk the fan base via lottery?
