Jim Harbaugh Says It Has All Been Downhill Since He Met Screech
Jim Harbaugh was asked about the Saved By The Bell video that we first posted two days ago. He was confused as to why it became such a big thing now, saying that his wife and some players had teased him about it. We are too.
Hey, we were glad to share, we thought it was funny, and it was a lost treasure. I would not have guessed that more people viewed that post than all my other stuff this week combined. Hey, come for the Saved By The Bell, stay for the NFL posts. Anyone?
Harbaugh said that it has been all down hill since he played Screech’s cousin. We know the feeling, Jim.
Here’s offensive tackle Joe Staley talking about Harbaugh in the locker room. (turn the camera sideways, folks). Staley, starting at around 1:50: “Saw a screen shot, he had amazing hair.”

Once again you underestimate the power of the SBTB.

I kept seeing it pop up everywhere after I saw it here…didn’t realize it was a Jason Lisk “Breaking” story.

I’m just slightly too old to appreciate SBTB.
But I was never too old to appreciate TAT.
/not a creepy dude, I promise.

I hear posts about coloring on people get a lot of hits
December 6th, 2012 at 5:17 PM
Why did SBTB become so celebrated while the universe forgot “Hey Dude”?
December 6th, 2012 at 5:20 PM
The quality of writing.

Valid question. Perhaps the fact that it was on Nick or that the dude ranch is a niche market. I really enjoyed watching Brad ride those horses in thsoe jeans as a young man.
Brad > Melody
(Brad or Bradley was the female brunette on the show….so no /coop)

Because SBTB was awesome.
/Pete & Pete > Hey Dude
December 6th, 2012 at 5:24 PM
Because Running Zack was an accepted tribute to Native American culture while Danny on Hey Dude may have been the most racist thing on TV since people stopped performing in blackface

Interesting, you are insane. SC, mark that down on the spreadsheet, please.

You’re crazy son. I’d color on Melody. Even Jerry’s parents disagree with you.

I’ll come back tomorrow to hear you napalm the Royals. Rough times for KC sports. I think you should be allowed to vent a little, Jason.

I’d be more impressed if John Harbaugh had made an appearance on The Wire.
December 6th, 2012 at 5:32 PM
If recognizing that Pete & Pete was better than Hey Dude makes one insane ready my straight jacket…Hey Dude was shit
December 6th, 2012 at 5:32 PM
If you appreciate T&A, you can appreciate TAT.
December 6th, 2012 at 5:37 PM
I hated Pete and Pete, to be honest.
December 6th, 2012 at 5:39 PM
Melody was still a developing prospect back when the show was on.
This made me lolz

It’s already in the works. My look at comparable pitchers to James Shields just made the temperature rise a bit.
He’s a fine pitcher and I would take him on the Royals in a vacuum and see if he can bounce back. He’s also 31 and history is pretty much filled with Shields types that were at best average by 31 and 32.
