Define quality.They are not 4 or 5 star recruits coming out of Wisconsin. However, in the past, Wisky has done a good job coaching em up.

I’ll give you OSU, Michigan, and even Penn State without a doubt. Nebraska has no recruiting base and has won nothing post-Osbourne, post-option. Wisky is new money, but as far as access to quality linemen goes, they are strong. That’s a great place to start.
