RGIII Conducts Postgame Press Conference in Full Uniform
Robert Griffin III and the Redskins played host to the Giants on Monday night in D.C., winning by a score of 17-16. Following the game, RGIII arrived to the podium to answer questions in full uniform, including sleeve and glove, though sadly no helmet.* Now this probably had something to do with him spending some time with the ESPN panel upon the game’s conclusion, but that doesn’t make it any less outstanding.
Whether you’re for the Redskins or staunchly against them, it’s nearly impossible not to love everything Griffin is doing, including press conferences.
*But then he’d be less appealing to big brands. Wise choice. Smart dude.

Giants could be in trouble. I think they need to win 2 of 3 vs NO, @ATL, and @BAL the next 3 weeks or they miss the playoffs. WAS will have the tiebreakers and a little bit easier last 4 games.

Hard not to like RG3 or Luck. Good year for rookie QB’s.

Damn fun to watch. Saw a lot of him and russell wilson the last two days. Exciting styles and especially fun to see plenty of rushing. Gruden is really on his analytic and explanatory game too

Really is nice to have the Redskins relevant in the NFL landscape again. Not to mention, to finally have an MNF game worth watching. If ESPN is going to shove the NFC East down our collective throats, I’d much prefer watching the Giants and ‘Skins play anyone over the Cowboys and Eagles.

Great game last night all the way down to the last second.

Indeed. I would point out that as abysmal as the Skins have been over the last few seasons (compiling an overall record over the last 3 seasons, including this year, of 17-30 or 0.362 win %), the Skins have always played NFC East opponents tough — they’ve never been an easy out. Washington swept the Gints last year and would have this year if not for the 77yd TD pass to V.Cruz late in the 4th. Over the last 3 years the Skins are 7-9 vs. NFC East opponents (including an OT loss the Dallas last year), clearly a better mark than their overall record would indicate.
