The SEC has only scheduled up to 2013, as they anticipate either a) expanding to 16 teams, b) adding a 9th conference game, or c) possibly eliminating the permanent cross-opponent. Nobody knows what the schedule will look like for 2014 or beyond. As of now there is no “rotation” of divisional games, 2013 was a standalone year.
