Vez we were coming back at end of school day. He’d missed school. Our bus stopped about 15-20 houses down. Cops and ambulances there. Had just happened within 5-15 minutes. Human debris all over the area at the stop (which was one house away from where we all congregated). They changed our stop after that. He’d just moved to area, pissed at his parents and whatnot.

Working out in a group can be annoying, just like any other form of human interaction can be. Just depends on how much you like the activity.
I can see doing a bootcamp being annoying, but say you really like playing basketball, then a rec league basketball team could be worth the hassle of being around other people.

It’s not a myth that your fertility severely drops when breastfeeding… the first 6 months at least it’s very unlikely that you are ovuating

Okay. It will breastfeeding definitely produces hormones which inhibit ovulation, but not completely. The further out you are, the higher risk of pregnancy, but it’s not impossible, as the Irish have taught us.

I hate working out with other people. I like to run at my own pace, work out what I want to, and I’m not a fan of sitting around bullshitting when I am at the gym. get in and get out, but I can see where i would be in the minority.

it’s all relative. we’ve been lifetime fitness members for almost aa decade. we can put the kids in the playroom for two hours, put on the ipod and get after it, exercising and ogling.

i go every other day. weights and cardio one day. just cardio the next. lets me eat ice cream at 1 am like i’ve done the past two nights and still see my dick

it sounds great but having been through a vegan diet, i thought the vegan diet was easier. when it comes to snacking, i can’t snack on meat. i missed the carbs, and it also sucked drinking light beer.

Yeah, the ingredients in paleo recipes are insane. Almond flour and all that bullshit.
