I’m sure Remus was a major supplier to Capone (and his boss before him) and I’m sure Capone realizes that and perhaps a distribution deal is part of the agreement.

my money’s still on the scene with eddie cantor and chalky and associate…just a flawless scene in every way.

I’m not sure why Chalky stays loyal to Nucky, but there it is.

I was wondering about this too, but I have to think that Chalky knows that no one will work with him like Nucky will and that the $25K would be a short-term thing that would be a mistake in the long run. Gyp making veiled racist remarks about Chalky spending more time in the sun and all didn’t help.

Rifle? No. I hope this becomes one of those scenes where the medical examiner walks in, looks at the mess, holds his handkerchief to his mouth in case he pukes, and says, “Whoever did this, it was very, very personal.”.

I didn’t see him. It looked like Capone was going to use Van Alden for information against his rival in Chicago, the flower shop owner, but I imagine that’s something for next season.
